Despite being a small business, we place a great emphasis on our impact. As our business expands, we strive towards achieving a product recycling program and adopting more sustainable packaging practices. Thank you for evolving with us.
Some things we are doing right now to be sustainable:
– We offer a few kinds of reusable products such as our ponies, tie-in braids, and custom tie-in braids
– Our products are always vegan
– We donate 1% of sales to a rotating cause each quarter
FEMALE BRAIDER FOUNDED
Hailee Fortuin, AKA former horsey kiddo, AKA @HaileeKayHair, is a Denver-based business owner specializing in festival hair styling. While her work has earned industry recognition including the Modern Salon Best of the Fest award and nominations from Behind The Chair and The Rainbow Convention, her most meaningful accolades come from lived experience: braiding Noah Kahan, working backstage at EDC, and collaborating with brands across the festival and alternative space.
Today, she works with festivals to lead teams of expert stylists providing on-site braiding services for festival goers, VIPs, and artists alike. To Hailee, braiding has no limits. It lives in music, sports, kids’ styles, special events, everyday fun, and anywhere people feel free to express who they are.
Half Sweet started with a vision to bring the highest quality extensions & education to the self-expression space.
